Shipping

Altarpiece Art ships most packages via UPS (Domestic and International) or USPS (Priority Mail, plus Signature Confirmation, which is not available for International mail). The shipping cost is displayed during checkout. The total shipping cost is dependent on the shipping method, shipping weight and also includes a 1 lb tare weight factor for the average weight of packaging materials and for the cost of the packaging materials and handling. You will receive a package tracking number when your order has been shipped via UPS.

Delivery Time

The time it takes for you to receive your artwork depends upon three things: availability, and the shipping and payment methods you choose. The combination of these three results in the total time before you receive your shipment.

The availability is the normal time in business days it takes for your order to be shipped. Most orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days if the item(s) is stock. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive notification and a UPS tracking number.

Shipping time is dependent upon the method you choose for shipping. We ship our packages via UPS or USPS (Domestic only).

Delivery time is also affected by the method you choose for payment. For faster processing, we recommend paying instantly with PayPal. Check and Money Order payments are subject to postal service handling and bank clearance delays.

Returns

Altarpiece Art will gladly accept returns if artwork is shipped back for in-store credit within 10 days of receipt. If you need to return artwork, please contact Altarpiece Art via e-mail to get detailed return instructions. Be sure to include your order number and the problem with your order in this e-mail.

Customer must pay shipping costs and insure all art for its full value when returning it or merchandise will not be accepted and customer will not receive an in-store credit refund.
